[Opic] The Weather Forecast

As is the norm these days, I usually check the weather forecast on my phone.
*as is the norm these days, = very common 요즘 누구나 그렇듯이 
A part of the home screen shows the days' temperatureand weather.
When I tap on that, it gives me detailed information on the weather. 
You can singel out a region on a map and get that area's forecast.
*single out = pick and choose 
It's a killer feature.
This means you can check beforehand what the weather will be like before traveling somewhere.
However, the weather forecast often misses the mark.
*miss the mark 예상을 빗나가다
Somtimes, they get it wrong completely.
That's why I always carry an umbrella when it's cloudy just to be sure.

2) just to be sure 혹시 몰라서
I checked again just to be sure.
Just to be sure, I brought some cash.
