There were detailed directions on workout for all levels from beginners to experts.
I found a suitable program and I played the vedio on the tv in my livingroom.
I followed along and exercised.
It was great because it didn't get boring and it saved me a lot of money

I am not a born athelete.
When I begin to learn a sport, it takes a long time.
I first began learning how to snowboard 5 years ago, I am still at it.
I think it's because I get scared easily. (get bored easily)
When I hit the slopes this winter, I think I will be on the beginners' slopes again.

Fixing my form for months was so boring, so I thought about quitting.
