[입이트이는영어] How We Celebrate Birthdays / 생일을 기념하는 방법

(2020.02.27)

# STEP 1

Talk about how people celebrate their birthdays.

People celebrate birthdays differently depending on their age.

I remember having my friends over for birthday parties when I was a student.

In grade school, I invited them to our house.

When I grew a little older, we had parties at restaurants.

During college, I marked the occasion by gonig to bars to drink with my friends.

Ever since I tied the knot and had kids, I enjoyed family time at home on my birthday.

I really looked forward to my birthday when I was young.

I don't like it as much now because it's a reminder of how old I am getting.
