Also, as eating late at night is the worst thing to do, I try not to eat anything after 10.

건강하게 먹는 것은 건강 유지에 가장 효과적인 방법이다. 그래서 나는 항상 건강하게 먹으려고 노력한다. 채소는 더 먹고, 고기는 덜 먹으려고 한다. 점심으로는 최대한 샐러드를 자주 먹는다. 또한 칼로리 섭취량을 줄이고 정크 푸드나 인스턴트 음식도 덜 먹으려고 노력 중이다. 그리고 밤늦게 먹는 것이 가장 안 좋은 습관이어서, 10시 넘어서는 아무것도 안 먹으려고 한다. 정말 허기가 지면, 바나나 같은 것은 하나 먹는다. 음료에 있어서는 설탕이 많이 함유된 음료를 피하려고 한다. 그냥 물울 최대한 많이 마시려고 노력한다.
