Topic : Importnace of time management
Time management is very important
Most successful people make the most of their time.
It's good to stick to a plan during the 24 hours in a day.
You should sleep for fixed amount of time, going to bed and wakeing up at the same time each day.
It's also good to make a list of the things you need to do.
Even on weekends, it's better to plan your rest than to spend time aimlessly.
You should allot time for recreation and for exercise.
You can spend time to the fullest by making and following plan this way.
1) make the most of one's time 최대로 활용하다, 최대한 활용하다
Try to make the most of what you already have.
I want to make the most of my trip there.
2) stick to a plan 계획대로 하다
We need stick to the plan to finish on time.
I don't always stick to a plan when I travel.
3) allot time for ~에 시간을 할애하다, 할당하다
I always allot time for shopping when I travel.
Be sure to allot time for rest occasionally.

I like to do everything according to a plan.
In my daily planner, I write down the things I need to do in great detail. *in great detail 상세하게
I dislike putting off things I need to do.
That's why I make monthly To-Do lists.
First, I write down my work-related itinerary. *itinerary 일정표(주로 여행일정)
I include all my deadlines and meetings.
Then, I add appointments for private gatherings, family birthdays and anniversaries.
I also make specific plans for pursuing my hobbies and getting some exercise. *pursue a hobby 취미 생활을 하다
If I follow the plan each month, I get a lot out of it. *get a lot out of it 얻는게 많다.
It makes me feel like I have spent my time efficiently and productively.
1) according to (a) plan 계획대로
You need to work to avoid mistakes.
When thigns dont' go according to plan, I panicked.
2) put things off 일을 미루다
I was so tired that I put off washing the dishes.
If you put off your homework, you won't have time later.
3) get a lot out of <something>
I really got a lot out of that class.
It's a very popular book, but i didn't get a lot out of it.

B: Not yet. I had to attend meetings all day today.
A: You need to manage your time better. Chop chop.
B: Okay, okay. Just give me 30 minutes.
A: 그 보고서 다 완성했어? 5시가 다 돼 가.
B: 아직이네요. 오늘은 하루 종일 회의에 들어가야 했거든요.
A: 시간 관리를 더 잘해야지. 어서 서둘러.
B: 알겠어요. 딱 30분만 기다려 주세요.
