Talk about salads.

More and more, eating vegetables is considered to be healthy. That's why demand for salads is on the rise. A lot of new products are packaged so that people can easily toss a salad at home. There are lots of salad dressings that you can drizzle on salads.  In addition to the vegetables, you can also have add-ons like chicken breast, tuna, shrimp, grains, or bread.
At coffee shops and convenience stores, there are pre-packaged salads that you can have as a light lunch. There are also lots of restaurants that specialize in salads. Food delivery is really common these days, so a lot of people are ordering in salads as well.

채식이 건강에 좋다는 인식이 점점 높아짐에 따라, 샐러드에 대한 수요가 증가하고 있다. 집에서 간단히 샐러드를 만들 수 있게 포장된 제품들이 많이 출시되었다. 샐러드에 뿌리는 드레싱도 여러 제품들이 있다. 샐러드에는 채소 외에도 닭 가슴살, 참치, 새우, 곡물, 빵 등의 재료들을 추가할 수 있다.
커피숍과 편의점에도 가볍게 점심을 해결할 수 있도록 포장된 샐러드 제품들이 있다. 샐러드 메뉴를 전문으로 하는 음식점들도 많이 생겨났다. 음식 배달이 워낙 보편화된 요즘, 샐러드를 배달시켜 먹는 사람들도 많아지고 있다.
