2020.04.07

Talk about the types of seafood and fish that you enjoy.

I have a soft spot for fish.

My favorite type of fish is salmon.

I think salmon tastes great when you eat it raw, without cooking it.

Other fishes that taste good uncooked are halibut, rockfish, and yellowtail.

Fish also tastes good when you cook it on a grill.

Mackrel and eel are popular types of fish that are cooked this way.

Fish can also be cooked in a sauce.

Braised cutlassfish is the most well-known example.

In addition to fish, I also eat seafood like shellfish, shrimp, crab, squid, and octopus.

I especially like oysters when they are in season.

They taste best when you eat them raw, on the half shell.

Sometimes, I eat seafood delicacies like sea cucumber and sea squirt.
