Have you ever heard ot "Omakase"?
It can be translated "let them do(cook)" in Japanese.
I've tried Korean beef Omakase.
When I entered the restaurant, their vibe was great.
The light was sligtly dark and not many people were enjoying a meal along the long bar.
One of the staff guided us to designated seats and served us a welcome drink.
When I took a look at the menu, I was impressed.
There were long lists of dishes we were going to have.
To be honest we felt overwhelmed at first, but we were used to these luxurious things.
Before getting served, we took a lot of pictures of each other.
We took a pictures of all dishes before eating.
The main course here was sirloin with sliced and grinded truffle.
This was my first time to smell and taste truffle fully.
It was great pairing.
The meat was chrispy on the outside and very soft on the inside.
Beef sanwitch and beef soup were fantastic as well.
I felt like I was successful person.
Dessert was another attractive dish at this restaurant.
I was completely stuffed but I couldn't miss any little ice cream.
They gave us a extra ice cream for free when we told them that tomorrow is my friend's birthday.
I think it was the most expensive, memorable, and meaningful dinning in my life.
