1. Yesterday night, I had a serious conversation with my family.

2. It was about my career and current work.

3. I think I'm suffering in this department because it is not what I've wanted for a long time.

4. I really want to be transfered to ux/ui design department.

5. Unfortunately, however, it is really tough to change it and even apply for the other parts.

6. But my parents said design would not what I want and those kind of job is subjective, so it can make me feel more desperate/depressing?

7. I'm not satisfied with my current status but I really don't know what the next step is for my design career.

8. To be honest, there is no enough time to prepare design portfolio even during the weekend.

9. I have to admit I need some effective time schedule to do both side, current work and dream work.

10. I don't want my family be worried about me and I'm not sure i can give up my dream for good.
